Account Manager/Sales Consultant
Location: Various Regions
MicroVet Diagnostics is leading the way with Point of Care laboratory testing in Veterinary Clinics. MicroVet is currently expanding and is seeking Account Managers/Sales Consultants with 7 different regions (Northwest, Western region, South Central region, Midwest region, Southeast region, Mid-Atlantic region and North East) The position is primarily responsible for generating new point of care sales and servicing existing customers, within the Veterinary community.
Primary Duties:

Prospect and contact new sales opportunities in the Veterinary Industry using phone, email, onsite visits and trade shows

Identify and develop new markets to grow.

Educate clients and ensure they are equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies for a successful start-up.

Negotiate and close new client accounts.

Maintain a working knowledge of existing MicroVet diagnostic equipment and new upcoming products.

Maintain constant relationships and communication with clients to ensure a smooth transition continues with MicroVet Diagnostics.

Assist with simple installations and user training.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Sales experience preferred but will train a new science graduate or outgoing LVT (Licensed Vet Tech) MT, or MLT.

Laboratory and/or veterinary knowledge preferred
